• You should register only under our College DISE CODE (You are held responsible if you register under any other college name/any other DISE CODE & your application will not be approved by the college office for sanction of scholarship by the Minority Department, and the application form will be returned and rejected by college office if there are any wrong entries made in the online registrations.
It is very important to check for our College name as MOUNT CARMEL PU COLLEGE & our College DISE CODE as 29280602440 & then register.
DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT TO COLLEGE OFFICE AFTER ONLINE REGISTRATION.
ONLINE PRINTOUT OF THE MARKS CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 2nd PUC STUDENTS SHOULD SUBMIT COPIES OF X STD & I PUC MARKS CARDS (2 COPIES EACH)
• Submit 2 sets of applications & certificates to the College office for Principal attestation. First set of attested application & certificates will be returned to you.
• Second set of attested application form & Certificates will be maintained in the college office for further reference.
NOTE:
• Student/ Parent/ Legal guardian must read the instructions carefully before registration.
• Student/ Parent/ Legal guardian is advised to fill all the required details carefully and check properly before submission as correction/editing will not be allowed after submission.
• Any wrong/ false information may lead to rejection.
• Enter the correct OTR number as provided during registration. The unique identifier helps to verify identity and track application progress.
• Keep your password confidential and avoid sharing it with anyone to protect your account security.
• In case you forget your password, utilize the Forgot Password option to reset it.
• Student/ Parent/ Legal guardian is also advised to refer to National Scholarship Portal for regular updates.
